A blended Wild Ale.

A zesty, funky and zippy coolship wild ale, spontaneously fermented with our local cultures and conditioned in barrel over two years. For extra depths of complexity we blended in our house foudre solera and conditioned in bottle for another year.

You’ll get a big funk and herbal nose, with flavours of mango and sweet bright orange, and a smooth and refreshingly tart finish. Made with time and love at Cloudwater.
