Role: Taproom Supervisors

Location: Cloudwater Taproom, Unit 9, Piccadilly Industrial Est., Manchester M1 2NP & Sadlers Cat, Hanover Street, Manchester, M60 0AB

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Hours: 32 hours a week, including weekends and evening shifts

This role will be a permanent contract.

We are looking for Taproom Supervisors to support the Taproom Managers at The Cloudwater Taproom & Sadlers Cat. The ideal candidates would have previous experience in managerial roles and a desire to contribute to the strategy of the bar. Beer knowledge and cellar management experience are both strongly desired, as well as a commitment to maintaining high product quality standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Main duties include:

  • Supervising the bar and all staff when the Taproom Manager (TM) is not present
  • Supporting the TM in training of staff to ensure a strong team providing outstanding customer service
  • Keyholding - opening and closing of the venue in a safe and organisied manner
  • Quality control: Checking beer quality, rotating cellar stock, ensuring beer is served to company standards at all time
  • Undertaking Brewery Tours & Tastings where applicable
