Shipping dates over the festive period are as follows. We will endeavour to get everything out in time for Christmas, but courier delays are beyond our control.

If you live near Manchester you can always Click & Collect!

Please note: When sending to or from Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Islands, British Isles and parts of Scotland that we operate a 1–3 day service. Please remove 3 working days from our last posting dates above to ensure your parcel arrives in a timely manner.

We are happy to offer free shipping to Mainland UK on orders over £100. Sadly, we are now passing some increased rates on to our customers that live in N.I and remote areas of Scotland

Shipping Days

Orders placed by 9am are normally shipped on the same day Monday - Thursday, with the exception of UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 9am on Thursday will be processed from Monday the following week.
As we are a small team, please allow us 2-3 working days for your order to be processed.

All orders in England, Wales and most of Scotland are shipped on a next-day service, although some parcels can take up to 3 working days to reach you during busy periods.

Tracking, Delays & Busy Periods

Our current courier partner is DHL and parcels can be tracked directly from the DHL website https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/

If you would like us to delay shipping, please include this in the notes section at the checkout, and email us to confirm with your order number.

During busy periods, we may delay processing your order. If you have an urgent deadline, please email us at shop@cloudwaterbrew.co and we will do our best to bump your order up the pile.

Please note that courier delays are out of our control.

We are very sorry to inform you that we are currently not able to ship outside of the UK. Cheers Brexit 👍

Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange apparel items returned within 21 days from receipt. 

Please contact us at shop@cloudwaterbrew.co to notify us of the return. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received e.g. new / unworn. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. Refunds can take 10-14 days to be processed from the receipt of goods into our warehouse.

We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and we will send out the replacement for free.

All our products are carefully checked before being sent out. If you do receive a product with a fault please contact us so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
