Cloudwater recently took a trip down to Hukins Hops in Kent to see first hand how the UK Hop Harvest at Hukins Hops works. With behind-the-scenes footage of the hop growing and picking process, from the growing of the hop bines to the drying and baling of the hop flowers.
For DIPA v19 we’ve chosen to focus on a single ingredient, one which is delicious, divisive, and maybe one of the most esoteric of all hops - Riwaka. I love this hop, ever since I first tasted a beer with it back in 2010 (I think)
