West Coast IPA Is Dead is a beer brewed annually by Green Cheek and a select group of other breweries. We've been lucky to collaborate on this beer for the fourth year running and thought it was time to tell the story!
Cloudwater Brewers Keir and Changmin were fortunate enough to be invited up north by Simpsons Malt, a family run maltster that supplies a lot of the grain we use, to see the Golden Promise harvest.
