We welcomed a new event series here at Unit 9 in November, Films On Tap, and have endeavoured to continue to programme throughout the new year.
Beginning in November with the Best of Camp Horror Through The Decades, Unit 9 saw the likes of The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975) and Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) screen.
December took a daring and confident turn to Danny DeVito, sharing some of his most notable work throughout the month. From Batman Returns (1992) to Deck The Halls (2006).
January kicked off last night with David Lynch's Wild At Heart (1990), and will follow with Danny Boyle's Sunshine (2007), Robin Hardy's The Wicker Man (1973), ending the month with Akira Kurosawa's Stray Dog (1949).
Tickets are available to buy through our events page, or over the bar in our taproom. Or simply turn up on the night and head on down to our cosy screening space!
With thanks to Gracie Willis, Paul Farrell and the film staff at Salford University.
