Nine Nights | BA Imperial Stout

We are delighted to present the 2025 edition of Cloudwater's Christmas Barrel Project Releases.

A reflection on patience, place, and spirit. Our Imperial Stout rested for a year in a single Jamaican rum cask, drawing out deep flavours shaped by warmth and time.

Notes of vanilla, toasted coconut, and cherry cola weave through a rich, chocolatey base, echoing the sweetness of the cask and the ritual of offering rum in farewell - a nod to Nine Nights and the stories carried in every barrel.

Made with time and love at Cloudwater.
