Inspired by a beer we enjoyed in Portland, Wayfinder’s Fresh Hop Jaws Of Damnation, this is our take on a rice-led lager.
Rice makes up a significant part of the grist, lending a soft, pared-back malt profile and a refined, dry finish. The result is a beer designed to let hops take the lead without distraction.
A light, crisp base creates space for Lorien to express itself fully. Expect gentle herbal notes layered with bright citrus zest and the delicate aroma of fresh cut flowers for a refreshing drinking experience.
