Menno Olivier Brewing | Series 1 Selim Pepper | Imperial Stout

After making his name at De Molen, brewing legend Menno Olivier has moved to Spain and making just as impressively huge beers with tons of flavour.

Series 1 is the first iteration of a base imperial stout, aged for several months in barrels. This variant has the addition of selim peppers, an African spice with a musky, peppery flavour. The beer is an impressively, rich, deep stout with pleasant coffee notes
