A blend of foudre-aged sour ales from July 2021, forming a mature base of oak, funk, and bright acidity. A huge 32g/L dry hop of Mosaic adds layers of mango, blueberry, and citrus, bringing fresh vibrancy to the beer’s depth and complexity. A meeting of age and energy, captured in balance.
