Same Wort. Same Hops. Different Yeast.

Two soft and hazy pale ales brewed from the same wort and the same hop recipe, but fermented with two different yeast strains.

The purpose is to explore how much the choice of yeast can change the character, aroma and perception of the same hops.

Both I Have A Ghost, Now What? and For All You Happy People feature Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Krush Cryo. The difference comes from the fermentation.

I Have A Ghost, Now What? utilises Voss Kveik yeast to bring a more expressive fermentation character to the same hop combination, creating a bold, fruity and juicy interpretation.

With For All You Happy People, Suava yeast allows us to explore a different expression of the recipe, putting more focus on the distinctive character of the hops.
