Quizas is a hop-forward pale ale featuring Mosaic, Loral and Nelson Sauvin.

We don't make them often, but always popular when we do, our 5 litre mini casks equate to roughly 8 pints, making them perfect for small gatherings, cosy nights in, or simply relaxing with a cask pint after a long day.

Mini Cask Instructions:

• Settle for 24 hours
• Store at 10-12° for conditioning
• Serve at 4-8>°
• Serves around 8-8.5 pints
