Drawing inspiration from the pioneers of West Coast brewing, this collaboration with Black Iris is a tribute to the styles that defined modern craft.

We’ve utilised a traditional grist, featuring a significant portion of Munich malt for a biscuity backbone, balanced by a touch of caramalt to provide a delicate sweetness and a classic amber hue.

The hop profile is a West Coast dream: Columbus provides a clean, refined bitterness, while Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo bring depth on the hot side. We then finished it off with Chinook, Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe in the dry hop to lock in those iconic resinous and citrus aromas.
