Chilli & Lime | Spicy, Tart and Sour Fruit Beer

This chilli & lime beer takes a sour fruit base lays a foundation of tart acidity, followed by a bold spicy kick from dried Ancho and fresh cut jalapeno chillies that we've steeped in the hop gun, releasing a subtle smokiness to perfectly accentuate the sharp lime citrus profile.

Tastes like a spicy margarita (without tequila) - it's so savoury and smokey but the lime cuts through so well and the chilli just warms your mouth a lovely amount. Best served with a slice of lime and a sprinkle of Tajin for the full experience.
