A ceremony of vibrant celebration. 500kg of ripe, dark cherries blend seamlessly with our base of 1.5 and 3 year aged base foudre providing incredibly refreshing tartness and refined acidity.

We’ve let the cherries sing on their own in this aged beer, allowing for all their wonderful distinct fruity, woody, and floral undertones to shine through.
