We were delighted to welcome our friends from GROSS in San Sebastian to Manchester for a new collaboration, to bring together the unique identity and terroir of the Basque Country, alongside our own native varieties into a punchy DDH IPA.

Cascade hops sourced from Pepos Hops in Azpeitia, hand delivered by Head Brewer Beinat, provide vibrant notes of pink grapefruit and citrus with a delicate floral-spicy undertone. We decided that British-grown Admiral hops with their bold orange notes and herbal finish would be a fine partner.

We round off this DDH IPA with Hallertau Blanc and Lorien delivers an extra punch of fresh citrus and soft wildflowers. Maintaining a hop bill with a core of European noble hop lineage. ¡Topa!
