Menno Olivier Brewing | Series 1 Maple Syrup | Imperial Stout

After making his name at De Molen, brewing legend Menno Olivier has moved to Spain and making just as impressively huge beers with tons of flavour.

Series 1 is the first iteration of a base imperial stout, aged for several months in barrels. This variant has the addition of maple syrup for a subtle sweet-spicy touch.

This full-bodied beer is medium sweet, partly bitter and slightly spicy with an aroma of roasted, malty, spicy, chocolate and maple.
