Our ‘non-sour saison’.
A traditional Belgian Style Saison, we have used Belle Saison yeast which imparts clean but spicy characteristics.
Expect a refreshing and soft beer with slight bitter notes coming through from the hops.
This iteration has been made with Nelson Sauvin.
