Designed to stand out from our usual range of IPA this series turns everything up to eleven. For the latest iteration of Hooked On we've piled the hop gun high with Dolcita!

After getting our hands on Dolcita, previously known under its developmental name HBC1019, we couldn’t stop thinking about this illustrative hop and its incredible palette. With huge complex fruit-forward and unique candyfloss grape flavours we knew we had to get these hops back in a brew as soon as possible.

A lush blend of ripe peach, caramelised pineapple and delicate tangerine take over the senses, evoking aromatics of tropical daiquiris and dark rum. The addition of Mosaic layers on tropical dankness, bursting with citrusy lime freshness. An incredibly refreshing, fruit forward
