BA MCI Chocolate Orange Imperial Stout

A festive expression of comfort and indulgence. Rich layers of cacao and sweet orange intertwine, recalling the simple joy of a confectioner's Chocolate Orange shared at Christmas.
Time in oak has rounded the edges, bringing warmth, depth, and balance to a beer that’s both nostalgic and luxuriously modern.

BA MCI Black Forest

1970s dessert in a bottle. We took the luscious combination of sweet and sour cherries, rich cacao and smooth vanilla, then aged it in a blend of Cognac and Ruby Port barrels.
Spirit warmth and oak. Deep, jammy red fruit flavours. Cherry and chocolate. Opulent and nostalgic, elevated with new layers of complexity

Nine Nights

Rum Single Barrel MCI

A reflection on patience, place, and spirit.
Our Imperial Stout rested for a year in a single Jamaican rum cask, drawing out deep flavours shaped by warmth and time. Notes of vanilla, toasted coconut, and cherry cola weave through a rich, chocolatey base, echoing the sweetness of the cask and the ritual of offering rum in farewell - a nod to Nine Nights and the stories carried in every barrel.

Chuckleberry Wild Ale

Celebrate the chuckleberry - a bright, characterful cross between redcurrant, gooseberry and jostaberry.
Time and patience have shaped this beer, allowing vibrant acidity to intertwine with deep, jammy notes of red and blackcurrant. A complex, fruit-forward expression that’s equal parts bold and refined - tart, refreshing, and drying with a gentle tannic edge that invites another sip

Something Unfamiliar

Soju Sour Wild Ale

A collaboration with our friends Gorilla Brewing in South Korea. An exploration of barrel characters, landing on the subtle notes of Soju barrels. We aged a bright, zesty sour in these unique casks, allowing the beer to pick up the smooth, delicate spirit character. A gentle, rounded minerality and leading to a complex, refreshing, and entirely new sour experience.

8.7% ABV, 375ml bottle

Mosaic DDH Foudre Ale

Funky IPA

A blend of foudre-aged sour ales from July 2021, forming a mature base of oak, funk, and bright acidity.
A huge 32g/L dry hop of Mosaic adds layers of mango, blueberry, and citrus, bringing fresh vibrancy to the beer’s depth and complexity. A meeting of age and energy, captured in balance.

6.5% ABV, 375ml bottle

To ensure as many people as possible get to try our eagerly anticipated Christmas Barrel-Aged releases, we are restricting purchases to 1 pack per person.
Once packs have been released and orders fulfilled there will be single bottles available to order.
We cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery, but will do the absolute best we can to get them to you.
We are unable to amend your order once it has been placed.
If your order contains other items then they will all be shipped together.
