Hospitality, Teacher and Student Discount FAQ

It is our firm belief that, in times of crisis, we must stand together in order to help each other weather the worst of the storm.

So, as we head into a second national lockdown, we have expanded our webshop discount schemes to show solidarity with some of those within society who have been most affected by this pandemic.

NHS staff are already eligible for a 25% discount on all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda via our webshop and this offer has now been extended until the end of the year. We’ll be forever grateful for the efforts of frontline medical staff, putting themselves at risk to tackle this pandemic and treat those who have suffered from COVID-19.

Any NHS staff who want to use this discount must register for an account on our online shop with their NHS email address and use CLOUDWATERLOVESNHS discount code to receive 25% off all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda. For more information, please see this FAQ page.

We’ll also be continuing our keyworker discount until the end of June 2021, which allows anyone with a police.uk, gov.uk, mod.uk or bbc.co.uk email address to sign up for an account on our webshop and use the code CLOUDWATERLOVESKEYWORKERS to receive 25% off all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda.

But we’re now offering a discount to teachers in pre-school, primary and secondary education too, as a sign of appreciation for working throughout lockdown to educate and safeguard the wellbeing of our children. If you are a teacher and would like to benefit from this discount, you should sign up for an account on our online shop using a .sch.uk email address (or fill in this form to apply for the discount manually if you do not have a .sch.uk email address) and use the code CLOUDWATERLOVESTEACHERS to receive 25% off all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda.

University staff and students can also benefit from a discount if they sign up for an account on our online shop using a .ac.uk email address and use the code CLOUDWATERLOVESUNI to receive 25% off all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda. Both the discounts for teachers and University staff and students ran until the end of November 2020 and we have extended this until end of May 2021.

We felt it was important to show solidarity with hospitality too, as this is understandably a sector that’s very close to our hearts. Hospitality businesses and workers will be among the hardest hit by the new lockdown so we wanted to provide a small gesture of appreciation. People working within hospitality should apply for the discount by first creating an account on our online shop and then filling out our online form. We will then let you know once this has been approved and you’ll be able to use the code CLOUDWATERLOVESHOSPITALITY to receive 25% off all Cloudwater single cans of beer and soda.
