Refund policy


If the beer that you have received is not as advertised or there are any quality issues - please get in touch with us immediately with your order number, quoting the beer that the issue has occurred with with a description and an image on the beer. We will raise this with our brewing team and upon investigating the quality issue, will issue a refund for the item.

If you have received a damaged beer, please get in touch with us and we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund for it.

Once we have received your merchandise return or processed your quality complaint, we will issue your refund for the cost of the item.
