A unique collaboration with Hong Kong (and now Manchester!) coffee maestros Artista Perfetto
Any brewer you care to meet will invariably tell you that they are powered by coffee, and we're no different here. When we got together with Artista Perfetto they wanted to try some of the unique bright, fruity and floral flavours that come from speciality roasted coffee.
This base pale ale features Mosaic and Cashmere, which we've augmented with a ton of peach and cascara - the husk of the coffee cherry, which is sometimes used to brew a fruity, sweet, tea-like beverage with flavour notes of cherry, hibiscus, and chocolate.
