We are very happy to announce the first masterclass at our taproom, run by Rizzos. An evening dedicated to the flavours, traditions, and storytelling of Sicily.
The class/ticket includes:
* Welcome drink (beer, wine or soft drink)

* CW Tasting GlassÂ
* Teaching class for two different Arancini (to take home)
* Sicilian appetizer and an arancino to enjoy on the night
* Recipes
The evening will begin with a welcome drink, and you'll head straight into the immersive and hands-on cooking session. Each guest will receive an apron to use during the masterclass, along with all the ingredients needed to craft two different kinds of arancini. You'll receive the full recipe and both arancini, all for you to take at home at the end of the evening! The class will be completed with the live cooking of your arancino, freshly fried for you to enjoy on the spot along with a Sicilian starter, while assisting at the frying process.
