Idaho 7 & Rose

A dry-hopped blend of Oliver’s Cider and our foudre ale, finished with a delicate infusion of rose water for a floral complexity.

Dominant aromas of cider are paired with subtle floral and citrus undertones courtesy of the dry-hop and rose addition. Funky flavours of wild cider, floral notes and a touch of stone fruit from fermentation are met with a dry, crisp finish, and a velvety mouthfeel.
