This Mango Fruit Sour is based on a recipe we made all the way back in 2017!

We’ve packed 500kg of mango puree into this ripe and juicy sour, coating every last drop with rich tropical aromas. We’ve left the mango completely unaffected by any other adjuncts, allowing this luscious fruit to shine all on its own.

Pumping up the ABV to 8% we've reduced the residual sugars to focus on the natural tartness locked away in mango and giving it a big old punch.

To serve: gently shake the can a few times to distribute the puree or roll on a surface. Wait 30 seconds before opening to allow carbonation to calm a little. This will ensure a nicely blended, thick beer.
