After making his name at De Molen, brewing legend Menno Olivier has moved to Spain and making just as impressively huge beers with tons of flavour.
Series 1 is the first iteration of a base imperial stout, aged for several months in barrels. This variant has the addition of salted caramel for a subtle sweet-salty touch.
This full-bodied beer is medium sweet, partly bitter and slightly salty with an aroma of roasted, malty, spicy, chocolate and caramel.
