A ceremony of vibrant celebration. 500kg of ripe, dark cherries blend seamlessly with our base of 1.5 and 3 year aged base foudre providing incredibly refreshing tartness and refined acidity in this barrel-aged sour beer.

We’ve let the cherries sing on their own in this aged beer, allowing for all their wonderful distinct fruity, woody, and floral undertones to shine through.
