This is the second in a new series (the first being Polymorphism) that explores beyond the new normal. Back in 2016, we helped change expectations in hoppy beer by working outside the box, stepping away from the safety of the familiar, and in this series we’re off for another mooch about.
The liquid is clean, clear and tight, layering Chinese green tea like qualities on top of orange pith, limoncello and vibrant green melon flesh. Not quite one style or a hybrid, but an expansive experimentation into the realms of the unknown.
