We've teamed up with our friends down the road at Stray, voted in the top 50 cocktail bars in the UK 2025. 

Indulge in the classic flavour of Raspberry where notes of jammy bitterness and savoury passionfruit are accentuated by a fresh green seed quality. A base of 20% foudre keeps tartness at the tip of your tongue while the unique aging process softens the sharpness into a complex and robust experience
