Utilising our MCI base we have aged the base liquid in a rum and bourbon cask for 2 years, allowing sweet oak-driven notes to seep into every drop. We have then blended this rich decadent base with sweet summer flavours of delicate ripe banana, subtly toasted coconut and vanilla with just a whisper of cinnamon for extra warmth.

A very special Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout made in collaboration with our friends at Elmeleven from Malmö in Sweden, with Banana, Coconut, Vanilla and Cinnamon for a dessert-like treat.

Utilising our My Continuous Improvement Imperial Stout as a starting point, we aged the base beer in a rum and bourbon cask for 2 years, allowing sweet oak-driven notes to seep into every drop.

We have then blended this rich decadent base with sweet summer flavours of delicate ripe banana, subtly toasted coconut and vanilla with just a whisper of cinnamon for extra warmth. The result is an experience of sophisticated tropical warmth enveloped in a velvety, luxurious body.
