Named after historic malt kilns in the UK, Raglan Road is a further development into our sessionable stout series, following on from our previous Beck Row.
Visions of country walks and cosy pubs spring to mind with this 4% stout, the kind of pint you relax with after a winter's walk. Warm, woody notes roll across the palate with just a touch of dark chocolate sweetness for a well rounded finish. The malt base allows perfect balance between hearty mouthfeel and complete refreshment.
2x Bird On A Swing - Baltic Porter, 8%
We present this rich, dark beer, fermented at a low temperature with an additional four weeks of lagering.
Roasted malts give freshly roasted coffee, a thick molasses sweetness and a sprinkle of dried fruits. Saaz in the kettle offers a balanced bitterness and lightly spicy herbaceousness. Clean and crisp yet also rich indulge in a depth of flavour created by beautifully grown ingredients.
2x Portals (x Salford Women's Aid) - English Porter, 5%
To make this English Porter we added traditional English hop Ernest in the whirlpool to provide a light spiced apricot aroma and we have also used the same yeast as Afterhede, our sister beer, brewed in partnership with Salford Women's Aid, for a clean and paired fermentation profile.
